Welcome to Boutique Vintage Box—your destination for timeless treasures and curated vintage elegance. These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which we provide access to our site, services, and products.

By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.


1. About Us

Boutique Vintage Box is a Canadian-based retailer of authenticated vintage and pre-owned luxury fashion and accessories. All items are hand-curated, verified for authenticity, and sold through our Shopify storefront.


2. Agreement to Terms

By interacting with our site, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age

  • Are using accurate personal and payment information

  • Agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all relevant store policies

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes must be filed in the province of Quebec within 12 months. Class action waivers apply.


3. Product Integrity & Authenticity

3.1 Item Description

All pieces are sold as authentic, pre-owned vintage or designer items. Condition, measurements, and photography are provided for every listing. What you see is what you’ll receive.

3.2 Pricing, Currency & International Sales

  • Prices are shown in your local currency where available

  • Final charges reflect real-time currency conversions from our payment processor

  • International customers are responsible for all duties, VAT, customs fees, and conversion costs

  • Significant pricing errors may result in order cancellation

3.3 Authentication & Condition Standards

Every item is authenticated and condition-graded using our five-tier system (Pristine to Vintage Condition).
Authentication includes verification of materials, construction, serial details, hardware, provenance, and quality.
All items are professionally documented and photographed in natural light. Pre-purchase condition questions are encouraged.

3.4 Vintage & Pre-Owned Disclaimers

  • Vintage sizing varies by era—measurements are more reliable than tags

  • Items may have patina, fading, or other character consistent with age

  • Fit and style may reflect different tailoring methods or design eras

  • Gentle cleaning is performed when appropriate, and some pieces may benefit from professional care or restoration


4. Site Use

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful activity

  • Scrape, reproduce, or misuse site content

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt unauthorized access to customer data or accounts

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security and use of your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.


5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Shipping Terms

Shipping is available worldwide from our studio in Montreal, Canada.

Free standard shipping is a benefit reserved for BVB Insider Members only.

Non-members pay calculated shipping rates at checkout based on destination, item weight, and carrier options.

Additional shipping services may incur extra costs:

  • Insurance on high-value items

  • Signature confirmation

  • Expedited or express delivery

  • Gift wrapping ($15 CAD)

  • Special handling requests


6. Exchange & Return Policy

6.1 Exchange Consideration

All sales are final, but we may offer exchanges for size or fit issues if:

  • Requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Item is unworn and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

  • Request is submitted via Shopify Inbox or email

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • A $25 CAD restocking fee may apply

6.2 No Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds. Store credit may be granted for approved exchanges and is valid for 12 months.

6.3 Exclusions

No exchanges for:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom or altered items

  • Worn or damaged goods

  • Requests made after 7 days from delivery

6.4 Condition Documentation

All pieces are documented in detail prior to shipping. Claims must include clear, timestamped photographic evidence for review.


7. Payment & Security

All payments are securely processed.

  • Major credit cards and certified gateways accepted

  • Transactions are processed in CAD with currency conversion managed by the payment processor

  • We do not store credit card data


8. The BVB Insider Membership

8.1 Overview

The BVB Insider Membership offers elevated access to fashion lovers who collect with intention. Two tiers are available:

Silver Membership – $20/month

  • 1-week early access to new drops

  • 5% off full-priced items

  • Free shipping in Canada & the U.S.

  • Up to 75% off international shipping

  • 1 monthly style session with Sorina

  • Surprise drops & private promotions

Golden Membership – $175/year
Includes all Silver benefits, plus:

  • 10% off full-priced items

  • VIP access to capsule drops and events

  • 20% off BVB Line of Care products

  • Birthday perks

  • Golden gift (for first 100 members)

  • Locked-in annual rate

8.2 Terms

  • Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled

  • Benefits begin immediately upon payment

  • No refunds for unused time

  • Pricing and benefits may be updated with 30–60 days’ notice


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, product photography, descriptions, and styling—belongs exclusively to Boutique Vintage Box. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Shipping delays or customs issues

  • Lost profits or third-party claims

  • Any amount exceeding your purchase total

We follow destination country rules for all international shipments. Customs delays and inspections may occur. We cannot mark items as gifts.
