We ship worldwide from Montreal, Canada.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking details once your item has shipped.

Free Shipping

  • Canada: Free standard shipping for Members only - Please review our membership tires

  • USA: Free standard shipping for Members only - Please review our membership tires

  • Other international orders: Shipping rates calculated at checkout

Shipping Times (after processing)

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (not including customs delays)

We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or carrier disruptions. All items are shipped with care, and special handling is available for delicate or high-value pieces.

DAMAGE OR LOSS DURING SHIPPING

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the box and item before and after unpacking

  • Retain all original packaging

  • Provide tracking number and delivery timestamp

We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or a formal claim through shipping insurance (if purchased).

We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For our international collectors:

  • Buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees

  • We do not alter item values or mark packages as gifts

  • Return shipping, if approved, is the buyer’s responsibility and must include full documentation and tracking

  • Delivery times vary and customs inspections may cause delays

    Global Shipping Compliance

    • All international shipments comply with destination country regulations

    • Customs declarations completed accurately with item descriptions and values

    • Prohibited items will not be shipped to restricted destinations

    • Vintage and luxury goods may be subject to additional scrutiny at customs

    • Shipping delays due to customs processing are beyond our control

CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify your order:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase

  • We cannot cancel orders once they’ve shipped

  • Address changes must be confirmed before fulfillment

  • A processing fee may apply for cancellations
