DAMAGE OR LOSS DURING SHIPPING
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

Include clear photos of the box and item before and after unpacking

Retain all original packaging

Provide tracking number and delivery timestamp
We will assess each case individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or a formal claim through shipping insurance (if purchased).
We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For our international collectors:
