BVB Insider Membership Information

The BVB Insider Membership is an optional subscription that provides access to additional benefits and services for customers who wish to deepen their experience with Boutique Vintage Box.

This page outlines the structure, benefits, pricing, and terms of participation for both Silver and Golden tiers of the membership.

1. Membership Overview

The BVB Insider Membership is a paid subscription that offers members early access to inventory, shipping benefits, styling support, and exclusive discounts.

Membership is not required to make purchases on the Boutique Vintage Box website. It is an optional service designed for customers who purchase regularly or wish to receive added styling and access benefits.

2. Membership Tiers

2.1 Silver Membership

Cost: $20 CAD per month
Billing: Automatically renews monthly until cancelled

 

Benefits:

  • 1-week early access to all new product launches

  • 5% discount on all full-priced items (excludes marked-down or sale items)

  • One time free standard shipping within Canada and the United States

  • Up to 75% discount on international shipping (rate varies by location and item)

  • One (1) virtual styling session per month with Boutique Vintage Box founder, Sorina

  • Access to exclusive members-only sales and limited-time promotions

2.2 Golden Membership

Cost: $175 CAD per year
Billing: Automatically renews annually until cancelled

Includes all Silver benefits, plus:

  • 10% discount on all full-priced items

  • Priority access to capsule collections and limited-edition drops

  • 20% discount on Boutique Vintage Box Line of Care products (launching soon)

  • Early invitation to seasonal events and member-only opportunities

  • Birthday-month styling support and special access

  • Locked-in rate (no fee increase during active subscription year)

  • Golden Member welcome gift (available to first 100 sign-ups)

3. Activation & Access

Membership benefits begin immediately upon successful payment. Members will receive a confirmation email, a welcome message, and access instructions for early shopping and styling sessions.

Early access items and member discounts are available only while logged in to the account associated with the active membership.

4. Styling Support

Members are eligible for one (1) virtual style session per month with Sorina, focused on:

  • Styling recently purchased BVB items

  • Incorporating vintage pieces into modern wardrobes

  • Occasion-specific wardrobe planning

Style sessions are optional and must be scheduled via the provided calendar link. Unused monthly sessions do not roll over.

5. Shipping Benefits

Shipping discounts are applied automatically at checkout for members.

  • Silver and Golden members receive free standard shipping within Canada and the United States

  • International members receive up to 75% discounted rates, depending on country and package size

  • Additional shipping upgrades (e.g., express, insurance, signature) may be subject to additional fees

Shipping discounts do not apply retroactively to past orders.

6. Payment & Renewal

Membership fees are charged to the payment method on file and renew automatically on a monthly (Silver) or annual (Golden) basis unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer service. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; benefits remain active until the end of the current period. No refunds are issued for unused time.

7. Eligibility & Conditions

  • Memberships are non-transferable and intended for personal use only

  • Discounts may not be combined with other codes unless explicitly stated

  • Abuse of member benefits (e.g., excessive returns, misuse of early access) may result in membership suspension or termination

  • Boutique Vintage Box reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, or eligibility with 30 days’ notice

  • Members will be notified via email before changes take effect
